RONALD E. LUSTIG - A graduate of Columbia University (B.A., 1972) and Boston University School of Law (J.D., 1975), Mr. Lustig is admitted to practice before the Massachusetts, U.S. District Court (D. Mass.) and U.S. Court of Appeals (First Circuit) Bars. Mr. Lustig’s practice focuses on creditor representation, including the collection of retail and commercial accounts receivable, and in real estate law, serving corporate and institutional lenders, banks and mortgage brokers requiring representation in commercial and residential real estate lending and mortgage loan origination, real estate title examination and analysis, issuance of title insurance, land use regulation and zoning matters, regulatory compliance and licensing issues, commercial loan transactions, real estate mortgage foreclosures, loan workouts and related civil and commercial litigation, including collection of accounts receivable. Mr. Lustig also handles complex litigation, including Land Court and civil matters. Mr. Lustig served as a member (1987 - 2005) and past chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Natick, Massachusetts, has served on the executive committee of the Massachusetts Association of Bank Counsel, Inc. and is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association. Mr. Lustig is an issuing agent in Massachusetts for Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company and is licensed by the New Hampshire Department of Insurance and the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation to issue title insurance policies in connection with New Hampshire and Rhode Island real estate transactions. Mr. Lustig has lectured or conducted seminars at the New England Banking Institute and the American Institute of Banking.
KENNETH C. WILSON - A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University (B.A., 1978) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 1981), Mr. Wilson was admitted to the Massachusetts and U.S. District Court Bars in 1981. Mr. Wilson's practice focuses on creditor representation, including but not limited to the collection of retail and commercial accounts receivable, advocating of creditor's rights in U.S. Bankruptcy Court proceedings and complex civil litigation, including creditor defense, in the various trial courts of the Commonwealth. Mr. Wilson is a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA), the American Alliance of Creditor Attorneys (ACCA) and various state and local bar associations. Mr. Wilson is the current President of the Massachusetts Creditors Bar Association. Mr. Wilson has also lectured on creditor's rights issues at the American Institute of Banking and before the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys.
SHERRI E. KADISH - A graduate of Rollins College (B.A., 1979) and Boston College Law School (J.D., 1982), Ms. Kadish is admitted to practice before the Massachusetts and U.S. District Court Bars. Ms. Kadish concentrates her practice in the area of real estate title examinations, residential and commercial mortgage lending, real estate conveyancing and mortgage foreclosures, focusing on the examination, analysis and curing of real estate titles and the representation of banks, mortgage brokers and corporate lenders with respect to real estate mortgage transactions and the conduct of loan closings.
DEAN A. HEINOLD - A graduate of Wabash College (B.A., 1985) and the Indiana University School of Law (J.D., 1988), Mr. Heinold is admitted to practice before the Indiana , Massachusetts and U.S. District Court Bars. Mr. Heinold's experience includes considerable state and federal court litigation under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, state and federal truth-in-lending acts and various consumer statutes, bankruptcy issues and litigation arising in respect of the purchase and sale of real estate, construction claims and real estate mortgage foreclosures. BRIAN F.
