Collection Policies and Procedures: Imposed Deadline

Once the Debtor has been advised that legal or other action will be taken by LGW after a specific time deadline has passed, such action must be commenced immediately after the deadline has passed, unless the Debtor has responded favorably to LGW's demands or otherwise made acceptable arrangements to make future payments on the account. It is prohibited to engage in advisory communications with a Debtor and then to otherwise act on the account without taking such action.
