Collection Policies and Procedures: Hours of Operation

No calls from a collection associate may be made, for any purpose whatsoever, outside of LGW office hours, and in no event before 8:00 A.M. or after 9:00 P.M., unless specifically requested by the Debtor. Requests not to be called at certain times during these hours must be honored. Additionally, calls to a Debtor at times known or believed to be inconvenient for the Debtor are strictly prohibited. Calls made to Debtor's residing in other time zones must fall within the 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM window as determined by the Debtor's time zone.
