Collection Policies and Procedures: Legal Action

LGW collection associates shall not suggest, imply or communicate to any person that legal action will be brought against a Debtor or additional legal action undertaken (as the case may be) unless the taking of such action is appropriate, has been authorized and will actually be undertaken if satisfactory payment arrangements are not made by the Debtor.
