Collection Policies and Procedures

Lustig, Glaser & Wilson, P.C. prides itself on the professional manner in which it collects accounts on behalf of its creditor clients. LGW has adopted policies governing the methods by which accounts are to be collected. It is essential that ALL LGW collection personnel clearly understand these collection policies and the role such policies play. It is incumbent upon all LGW collection personnel to follow and participate in the implementation of these policies.

Please Note: There may be some policies set forth herein that are more stringent than those required by federal and state debt collection statutes and regulations. While this document does not preempt any state or federal laws regarding debt collection it is intended to incorporate and foster compliance with the requirements of the various federal and state debt collection statutes and regulations as well as the collection policies of our various creditor clients.
